Guest Service & Speed
- The average serving time for a guest in our cafeteria area – from entering to exiting – is between 2 to 3 minutes.
- Speed is one of Liberty’s hallmarks – we emphasize it and produce it.
- If a guest is not through the line within 3 minutes (even during the heaviest rushes) we will add equipment and / or personnel to fix it – always.
- We continue to train our staff in offering affirming, happy, conscientious guest service, using films, prizes and mystery shoppers.
