Liberty Food Service provides Solutions for your Managed Meal needs!
We can manage existing cafeteria’s or even layout, purchase, and install equipment necessary to prepare meals to serve your employees/guests. Working closely with an interior design team, we work up a concept for what your new cafeteria can look like; and once approved we go to work!
Our cafeteria services include a huge variety of home-style food prepared and served for our guests. Multiple stations offer guests many choices and increase service speed.
- New LFS Pizza Express station – fast, hot and delicious pizzas and toasted sandwiches.
- Center Grill, with hot-off-the grill specials daily during the ½ hour break and occasionally for breakfast. We feature carved meats and ethnic entrees. The items are known for being hot, fresh, and large!
- Salad Bar – self service with a wide range of fresh vegetables to freshly prepared salads.
- Hot Bar – We also feature a self service Hot Bar with homemade casseroles, vegetables, potatoes, soups, etc. in which the customer may take as much or as little as they like of any given item.
- Kountry Kitchen with lots of traditional favorites daily, including entrees such as fried chicken, meatloaf, and casseroles
- Multiple beverage stations with pop, punches, tea, coffee, milk and other favorites.
- Our Grab-N-Go station which features burgers, burritos, sandwiches, fries, etc.
- Dessert station with fresh pastries, cakes, pies and cookies, a sweet array of homemade goodies.
